Arguably the first system to successfully deliver useable integration with the Windows PC Avaya IP Office (originally the Network Alchemy Argent Office) has subsequently evolved into a good all round product, offering on screen call control, “screen pop” and “dial from screen”. The system scales from two users to 180 with a mix of analogue handsets/faxes, Definity and IDeX range system phones, as well as a soft phone option. The system does Voice over IP as standard out the box but requires additional compression cards for this to be viable between sites.
